Start somewhere

After the spring and summer we have enjoyed, and reading the multiple posts of my offspring, I felt obliged to attempt to start a Blog so we could share some of the things we have done. This being the initial entry, I have no idea what to do or say other than to do something and see what happens. I'm open to suggestions, and will enter something more meaningful once I see results.
